We are all connected.

We live in a universe of connectivity.
An ocean of energy in motion.
We can not, not be connected.
And... often we have difficulty with the concept.
What does this mean??

What this means for me is, the universe is on our side.
Infinite possibilities are at play.
The unseen world is vast, powerful and etheric.
We can work with it to manifest, grow and heal.
Or, we can let it work us.

Why heal?
Healing does not change who we are.
Healing is letting go of who we are not.
Our mental, physical and energetic bodies are efficient record keepers.
They can store energy, thoughts and beliefs until it feels safe enough to process.
We hold on tightly, often in the unconscious.
As protection, a survival response that once served us.
Until we are ready to let go. To heal.
...and reveal who we truly are.
As a Shamanic Practitioner, Meditation and Breathwork facilitator
I support others on their spiritual journey.
Getting curious about outdated beliefs, patterns and programs.
Establishing new ways of being in this world.
I believe we are all Spiritual beings, having a unique human experience.
Worthy of all the goodness.

SHAMANISM
Healing is self-healing
and it requires a willingness to heal.
To go inward and observe, to love the
parts of us that may feel wounded.
Shamanism provides access to deep healing.
We heal the root cause of the issue.
Working with spirit
towards a healed outcome.
When we discover who we truly are,
we find peace,
which is always available.
We find our essence,
which is love.

Healing Session

Our issues are created, so natural law would tell us
that they can also be healed.
New beliefs can be realized, integrated and embodied.
When healing expect to feel different.
More authentically you.

Group Work
There is great energy and healing in coming together in sacred spaces to explore the breath, movement, stillness, healing and our energy.

In ceremony, we honour ourselves and celebrate the life we have. We start from where we are and hold space for each other.
Together we practice compassion, forgiveness and integrity. We gather in community and support each others growth.

About Me
As a spiritual guide, shamanic practitioner and meditation/breathwork facilitator I am passionate about supporting others on a journey of spiritual discovery, guiding them to remember who they truly are. I believes we are all spiritual beings, in physical bodies, on this beautiful journey we call life.
Always curious about the role the unseen world plays in our lives, I often wondered if there was more to life than meets the (physical) eye. My catalyst for change has been a keen interest in personal development and all things quantum. In my search and discovery, I immersed himself in books, personal development programs, meditation, yoga and breath work practices. The changes I experienced to my "state of being" were measurable. Life was more peaceful, mindful and open to flow. And, I had more “work” to do...
After going through some difficult life changes, including tragic loss, I was called to deepen my connection with spirit and enrolled in the shamanic practitioner training program offered by The 8th Fire. This allowed me to see myself differently. To identity wounds and patterns I had, and see life with a new sense of curiosity, and awareness. It opened me up to the possibility of self love, compassion and empathy for myself and others.
Currently, when not active in my role as a commercial real estate advisor, or on a trail, mountain or lake somewhere, I help to guide those seeking a deeper sense of spirituality in their life. I support others in healing outdated beliefs, programs, unconscious blocks and wound patterns and enjoy seeing a difference in how they show up for themselves, and in their life.
I look forward to the opportunity to support and guide others in safe and sacred spaces.
